Pearly White Snowmen

Salutations. Thank you for stopping by the Guild Hall. With the recent dumps of snow on the realm, the children from the village have been happily making snowmen in the fields. As I was riding Ruffles back home from the Glue Dot Dunes after making a delivery for the gnomes who dwell there, I noticed a few of the snowmen were not in the original locations I had noticed them in on my way out. On a hunch I cast a detect magic spell and sure enough, the snowmen were surrounded by a glowing halo, indicating some spell had been cast upon them.

This was created for the Creative Card Crew’s “Pearls” challenge that is happening now! Create a project using pearls and you could win a $15 gift voucher to Scrapping Center!

I started this card by stamping the snowmen and their winter gear using the Lawn Fawn “Making Frosty Friends” set. I then added a tree from the “Critters in the Forest” set. Everything was stamped onto patterned paper and fussy cut.
The paper the snowmen were stamped onto has glittery snowflakes that are really pretty. I added some glitter to the snow to earn +184 bonus sparkly exp points. The sentiment was stamped from the My Pink Stamper “Christmas Wishes” set. Some pearls and ribbon finished off the front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment using The Greeting Farm’s “Sparkling Season” set. I added the ‘lil sparkles using the Lawn Fawn “Winter in the Park” set.

Casting a frost spell, the envelope was adorned with snowflakes to make it match the card.

This pair of snowmen will huddle under the following challenges:

It appeared that someone was animating the children’s snowmen. For what purpose, I did not yet know, but I had a feeling it was malevolent. I urged Ruffles into a gallop and headed back to the Guild Hall as fast as she could carry me. I needed to get my fellow Guildys' help with this mystery before something evil transpired.
